Wisconsin the biggest state in the USA which harbours the largest activity of ilegal gaming machines.

Deparment of revenue (DOR) profit from the use of these machines , called Taxes.

Department of justice (DOJ) calls the same machines, video games so the goverment can continue to profit from ilegal gambling.

The Indian gaming commision setup to regulate gaming in Wisconsin is simply looking the other way under instructions from the Wisconsin

goverment. Why is it that all other registered gaming companies like Aristocrate have to pay licensing fees to operate in Wisconsin

and the operaters of the ilegal gambling machine dont have to pay a dime and are protected by Department of Justice.

Over 13000 Taverns in Wisconsin and only 10 or so inspectors to regulate ilegal gaming machines what a joke, who payes the inspectors

The tax payers do, Do we realy need them, No. In fact if the local Police where allowed to inforce the law these ilegal gaming machines would disappear. Crime rate would be lower, Taxes for gaming would go to the correct bodies, Tax avasion and money laundering would be redused. Tax payers of Wisconsin would benefit, more money for local products and services a safer place for the children to grow up in.

The People Of Wisconin deserve the right to have a legal system free of coruption, It has gone long enough.

---------------------------------------------   Make them Legal or Get rid of them ----------------- Solution is simple ----------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a new election taking place in America right now - People of Wisconsin ask your local representative what action they will take

to the election if they win, Will this include reform of ilegal gaming machines, if not ask them ?????.

In recent times we have contacted JournalTimes.com and Port Washingnton - Saukville but both have deleted emails from us without reading the content. It is believed The Wisconsin Goverment is controling the local papers with content regarding to the gaming machines, called selective control. Ask yourself has this website ever been mentioned in any story in the Usa or the contents ever being displayed to the public.

Media have been requested not to continue to write up about the ilegal gambling issuies, hiding it will not solve the problem.

We will be adding more documents as we find them to our website, We have in our possession, many documents they that have been produced in court eg: pay out tickets, that will be released shortly.

In the story below with 8 Line supply we wrote a small email to Joseph Frolik, Director of Communications and Public Policy. Phone: (216) 443-7488; or Cell: 216-640-6186.

He did recieve it and acknowledged our commincation by return confirmation.

With the popularity of this website and frequently asked questions by email, we thought to publish some of the questions with answers.

(Q) I was playing a machine in a tavern and was expecting to be paid out but nothing happened?

(A) Video gambling machines are NOT legal anywhere in Wisconsin except in a lawful casino. A bar or tavern may have 5 or fewer machines for amusement only , which means that they must either be free to play or not provide anything of value as a prize. Any other machines are illegal at ANY location in Wisconsin. The mere playing of a video gambling machine is an illegal act, so there is no way for law enforcement to compel the owner of a video gambling machine to pay what are illegal gambling winnings under the law. The Office of Charitable Gaming does not have oversight of any video gambling machines in a bar or tavern or other establishment. For complaints or concerns regarding video gambling machines in a bar/tavern, please contact the Department of Revenue at 608-266-2772 or your local law enforcement agency. For complaints regarding video gambling machines in any other location, contact your local law enforcement agency.

(Q) Why does the Department of Justice or Department or revenue not jump in and stop the use of ilegal gambling machines.

(A) There is too much money at stake for which they want to be a part of, In esssence they are stealing money from the Indian Tribes, and set up the Indian gaming commision to keep out complainers.

In Australia paying goverment officials is called a Political donations, do we ready need to spell it out.

(Q) Has 8 Line Supply  been convicted of ilegal gambling and made to pay 35.000,

(A) Yes it has read the full story.

A Wisconsin distributor who sold illegal video slot machines to businesses across Ohio pleaded guilty Thursday to gambling-related charges and agreed to turn over $35,000 in forfeited funds.

Erin Nelson, 34, the president of 8 Line Supply, and her company entered the pleas to eight charges -- including attempted money laundering, possessing criminal tools and gambling -- before Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John Sutula.

Nelson could face probation when Sutula sentences her and the business on March 12. He also could sentence her to up to three years in prison. The company could be fined.

"What's crucial about this conviction is that it establishes a precedent and proof that all of these games are per se slot machines and can't be disguised as skill games or any other device legal to operate anywhere in Ohio,'' said Greg Croft, the agent in charge of the Ohio Investigative Unit, in a statement after the plea.

Prosecutors said the company sold 23,000 video slot machines, parts and components to bars, restaurants and other businesses throughout Ohio starting in 2008. Prosecutors put the cost at $2.7 million.

The company is from De Pere, Wis., a suburb of Green Bay. Authorities said it provided a variety of machines, including Dorothy's Fantasy, Captain Jack, Fruit Bonus 1996, as well as WOZ and Ghouls Night Out.

Other games listed in the charges include Black Beard, Penguin Party, Dorothy's Fantasy and Crazy Bugs.

Carl Sullivan and Christopher Schroeder, assistant county prosecutors, said the charges are part of a large-scale investigation that culminated in the raids of several companies and homes last April.

8 Line Supply's customers included convicted gamblers Martin Sarcyk and Kurt Immler, the prosecutors said. The machines were later placed in bars and restaurants across Northeast Ohio. The bars and restaurants made cash payments to patrons who won.

"(8 Line Supply and Nelson) have admitted they are in the gambling business,'' said county Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty. "Any absurd claims that these are games of skill have been destroyed by their guilty plea.''

In January, Common Pleas Judge Deena Calabrese sentenced Sarcyk, of North Royalton, to 18 months in prison after he had pleaded guilty to gambling-related charges. Authorities seized $1.1 million from his home and business.

In December, Common Pleas Judge Michael Russo placed Immler, of Dalton in Wayne County, on probation for a year after he pleaded guilty to gambling charges. Officials seized $597,000 from him, much of it found in his bedroom nightstand.

Prosecutors said investigators in Ohio gained the help of authorities in Wisconsin in June. That's when law enforcement officials there, with a search warrant, seized a hard drive, a notebook labeled "Shipping Log'' and several boxes of records from 8 Line Supply.

Authorities also seized a list of customers in Ohio. Prosecutors said the investigation into video gambling here continues.

Besides Immler and Sarcyk, eight bars have pleaded guilty to gambling charges stemming from the investigation.

Prosecutors said the bars include: B&G Old World Tavern in Euclid; the Blue Parrot in Euclid; Browns Tavern in Newburgh Heights; Flyers Bar and Grill in Parma Heights; Highlander Tavern in Cleveland; Pearl Road Tavern in Cleveland; 2nd Chance Lounge in Cleveland; and Uncle Joe's Bar and Grill in Parma Heights.

Five establishments in Medina, Ashtabula and Wayne counties also were convicted.

(Q) Is 8 Line Supply assiosiated with or done dealing with Big Daddy games  and Toccata gaming international of Wisconsin.

(A) Yes they have, both are in the same industry suppling the simular product , but 8 Line supply has admitted in court its business is ilegal gambling related. Big Daddy games  has shown in a court of law documents of how payment are made and what portions the department of Revenue take.

TIMOTHY J. MCGINTY

CUYAHOGA COUNTY

PROSECUTOR

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Thursday, February 5, 2015

Cleveland – The owner of a Wisconsin company that supplied thousands of video slot

machines to bars, restaurants and other businesses throughout Ohio has entered a plea of

guilty to gambling charges that should make it clear these devices are illegal in this state.

Erin Nelson and 8 Line Supply, a firm based in the Green Bay suburb of De Pere, each pled

guilty today to all charges in an eight-count information filed in Cuyahoga County Common

Pleas Court, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced.

Those charges included one count of Attempted Money Laundering, two counts of

Possessing Criminal Tool and five misdemeanor counts of gambling.

The guilty pleas were taken by Common Pleas Court Judge John Sutula, who set March 12 at

9 a.m. for sentencing.

This conviction resulted from an on-going investigative effort by the Cuyahoga County

Prosecutor’s Office, the Ohio Investigative Unit and the U.S. Secret Service. The team

received valuable assistance and support on this case from the Wisconsin Department of

Justice’s Division of Criminal Investigation.

8 Line Supply sold intact devices as well as the components used to produce illegal video

gambling devices in Ohio and other states. Today, 8 Line Supply pleaded guilty to criminal

offenses for distributing the following illegal gambling devices into Ohio:

• Astro Corp. games, including but not limited to Black Beard, Pizzeria, Penguin Party,

Vegas Nights, Crazy Circus, Carnival, and Dorothy’s Fantasy;

• Borden Technologies games, including but not limited to Beanstalk and Huga;

• IGS games, including but not limited to Captain Jack, Cheers, Crazy Bugs, Game

Show, and Magic Show;

• Amcoe games, including but not limited to Fruit Bonus 1996;

• 8 Line Supply games, including but not limited to WOZ and Ghouls Night Out.

“What’s crucial about this conviction is that establishes a precedent and proof that all of

these games are per se slot machines and can’t be disguised as skill games or any other device

legal to operate anywhere in Ohio,” said Ohio Investigative Unit Agent-in-Charge Greg

Croft. “With this ruling we now can, and will, pursue other out of state companies that

attempt to sell illegal devices into Ohio and will absolutely pursue anyone in Ohio that

chooses to distribute or operate them.”

“Just like our successful battle against Internet casinos, this case demonstrates the

determination of law enforcement to take a firm stand against illegal gambling -- in whatever

form it takes next,” said Prosecutor McGinty. “It also demonstrates the impact that’s

possible when local, state and federal agencies work together. These defendants have

admitted they are in the gambling business. Any absurd claims that these are games of skill

have been destroyed by their guilty plea.”

Records obtained during the investigation showed that 8 Line Supply had sold nearly 23,000

gambling devices or parts and components used to assemble gambling devices to customers

in Ohio since 2008. Total cost: $2.7 million. Its customers included convicted gamblers

Martin Sarcyk and Kurt Immler.

During the execution of a search warrant at 8 Line Supply’s Wisconsin offices, an

examination of the company’s computers produced a list of its Ohio customers.

After a series of raids and investigations during this continuing crackdown on video slot

machines, bar owners in eight cities also have entered guilty pleas to Gambling charges. The

establishments in Cuyahoga County include:

 B&G Old World Tavern, Euclid;

 Blue Parrot, Euclid;

 Browns Tavern, Newburgh Heights;

 Flyers Bar and Grill, Parma Heights;

 Highlander Tavern, Cleveland;

 Pearl Road Tavern, Cleveland;

 2nd Chance Lounge, Cleveland;

 Uncle Joe’s Bar and Grill, Parma Heights

Additional guilty pleas came from Adult Day Care, Hinckley; Beverage Depot, Geneva; Fun

and Skill Games, Wooster; Fun with Skill Games, Dalton; and Puzzle Bug, Wooster.

OIU agents are warning tavern and carryout owners that no matter what they want to

believe or are being told by the individuals who want to put these machines at their

businesses, they should not do so. “Regardless of the prizes - cash, gas cards or anything else

of value - these devices are slot machines and are illegal to operate,” Agent-in-Charge Croft

said.
